If your purchase was made in error, you never received the book, or there is a genuine technical or billing problem (for example an unauthorized or duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days at [email protected]. We review every genuine case in good faith and, where appropriate, a refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Crypto transactions are, by their nature, final and irreversible. Send only the listed coin on the network shown — a wrong coin or wrong network cannot be recovered. We cannot refund crypto contributions.
Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded on request once verified.
